What is all in ?
As members of the hockey family, we are passionate about our chosen sport and actively promote participation in it whether at grassroots or on the world stage.
As an integral part of this family, our experiences inform us that our sport has yet to provide a structure and pathway that enables all cohorts within our communities to have equality of access and opportunity to enjoy and fulfil their true potential as players, coaches, officials, administrators and spectators.
ALL IN has been established to promote the principles of equality, diversity and inclusion within our sport. We are committed to a collaborative approach from within the hockey family to ensure our governing bodies at club, local, regional, national and international levels consider and ameliorate the barriers that exist within the sport to diversity and inclusion.

our vision
ALL IN has three primary aims:
- To raise awareness and understanding of the needs of Diverse Communities throughout the hockey family with a view to increasing levels of participation. This in turn will provide new sources of talent and expertise facilitating the growth and enrichment of the hockey family.
- To empower individuals, clubs, regions, and England Hockey to play their part in facilitating this change.
- To advise and support policymakers and delivery bodies to be inclusive of all under-represented groups, drawing on our experience with Diverse Communities.
Our outcomes are:
- Increased participation from Diverse communities.
- The establishment and provision of development pathways for identified talent from this increased level of participation.
- Inclusion of these communities at all levels and sectors of our sport .
- Formal representation of diverse communities at all levels of governance in our sport.
